Barbara Madden

I’m Barbara Madden, an experienced recruiter, trainer and job coach. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in finding the perfect talent for teams across various organizations. I started my journey on the business side at a college health startup, where I was employee #20 in various leadership roles. After being acquired by a Fortune 100 company, I had the opportunity to scale up the business. In my second career stage, I lead and train recruiting teams for clients spanning early-stage startups to large companies across the US, EMEA, and LATAM countries.
In addition to recruitment efforts, I devote my time to mentoring individuals at various job search stages, particularly individuals who are initiating their first steps into the professional job market.
